Description: The Austin Estate has talented residents who enjoy performing. The proposal for a temporary theatre made of recycled materials and built with the help of the local community creates an opportunity for the residents to show each other their skills and perform to a wider audience, also attracting residents of Hayes into the currently gated Estate, and enlivening the unused community spaces.
